The cooperative INMAKULADA of TOLOSA has strengthened its commitment to the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The work carried out through the KOOPDS Euskadi self-diagnostic demonstrates the cooperative’s contribution to several objectives: reducing poverty, improving health and education, promoting gender equality, promoting sustainable water and energy management, and protecting climate action, biodiversity and sustainable communities, among others.
The cooperative develops several practical initiatives – a gender equality plan, responsible water management, and internal regulations to prevent corruption – to support sustainable development. It is also committed to continuous improvement, continuing to incorporate the goals of the 2030 Agenda into its management.
Basque cooperativism plays a key role in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, as its values and organizational model promote participation, equality and joint management of resources. This model allows us to respond more effectively to social and environmental challenges, innovate business models and strengthen sustainable development aligned with the community.
