Proton therapy is an advanced technique for treating cancer with precision, minimizing damage to nearby tissues and improving efficiency. Although there are currently few centers in Spain, the creation of a new complex at the San Sebastian University Hospital (the first in public health) is planned for 2026. Since there are no facilities for training personnel, a proton therapy simulator is proposed, through the collaboration of the CPIFP Inmaculada Lanbide Ikastola in Tolosa and the CIFP Tartanga schools.
